Asian Salmon Recipe
Quick and easy to whip up, Asian salmon can be served to guests. As the name suggests, the dish has an oriental twist to it, which makes it a hit with all.
Ingredients:
- Four center-cut salmon fillets
- Two tablespoons prepared hoisin sauce
- Two tablespoons honey
- ½ lime
- Salt (to taste)
- Pepper (to taste)
Instructions:
- Mix the hoisin sauce and honey in a bowl. Take a shallow pan, grease it and place the salmon fillets inside it. Squeeze the juice of ½ lime all over it. Sprinkle salt and pepper all over the fish.
- Cook the fish under the broiler for about 5 minutes. Remove the salmon fillets from the broiler and brush hoisin-honey mix over them.
- Now place the salmon back into the broiler, and cook for about 3 minutes this time. You will be able to tell if the salmon is done by flaking it with a fork. If the fish flakes easily, it is done.
- Serve the Asian salmon immediately along with some rice.
I’ll likely go see one just to see if I should avoid working out. I don’t trust them to fix me up, but I can definitely trust them to let me know what I need to avoid.
