Bourbon Salmon Recipe
Combining Bourbon (American whiskey made primarily from corn) with salmon create a luxurious taste. Using just the right amount of Bourbon Whiskey will make the flavors more desirable.
Ingredients:
- Two salmon fillets
- ¼ cup pineapple juice
- Two tablespoon soy sauce
- Two tablespoon brown sugar
- One teaspoon Bourbon
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper, cracked
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- One cup vegetable oil
- Two teaspoons chives, snipped
Instructions:
- Mix the pineapple juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, Bourbon, black pepper, and garlic powder in a mixing bowl. Mix them till all the ingredients get dissolved well. Add olive oil to the mixture.
- Skin the salmon and marinate the fish for about an hour inside the refrigerator. Set some marinade aside for basting in the later stages.
- Cook the salmon in a foil base. Remember to make holes in the base so that the moisture drains out. Grill the fish for about 5-7 minutes, and keep basting the fish with the marinade in between.
- When the salmon is done, arrange it on a serving plate and garnish with chives.
