Grilled Green Bean with Onions

Ingredients:
- Green Beans
- Sweet Onions
- Olive Oils
- Bleu Cheese

Directions:
First, light the grill and toss the green beans with the oil. After the coal turns gray, use tongs to set the beans in a single layer on the grill. Cook them for 4 minutes or so, and pay attention to turn them often. Afterward, add the onions and leave it for another minutes. Even though the beans and onions should char in spots, do not let them burn all over. They are done when they look slightly wilted and start eating.

 Grilled Green Bean With Onions

Grilled Chop

Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 garlic clove, minced
-  6 rib or loin pork chops (about 1 1/2-inch thick).

Instructions:
Above all, put the first five ingredients together. Place chops in a glass baking dish and pour marinade over them. Then, cover and refrigerate 3-6 hours or overnight. When you are ready to cook, remove chops from marinade and grill or broil 4 inches from the heat to desired doneness. During cooking, brush occasionally with the marinade. When it is done, serve right away.

Grilled Pork Chop

Barbecued Salmon (a highly nutritious dish)

Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon grated lemon peel
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 6 ounce salmon steaks. 

Instructions:
Combine the butter, lemon juice, white wine vinegar, lemon peel, garlic salt and salt. Then, stir them thoroughly and generously brush both sides of the salmon steaks with the ready mixture. Next, barbeque on a well oiled grill over hot coals. Make a tent of foil or use barbeque cover and place over salmon. Generally, it is better to barbeque 6 to 8 minutes per side, depending on the thickness of the steaks. Baste frequently. Turn once, brushing with sauce. Now you can wait and see praises will come to you like floods.
