Salmon is the favorite fish of all the health-conscious people. But some of them get put off by the smell and the extra ‘fishy’ taste of salmon. Honey-glazed salmon is a solution to both the problems, apart from being healthy.
Ingredients:
- Four salmon fillets
- One pound of fresh asparagus spears, ends trimmed
- ½ cup walnuts, chopped
- ¼ cup honey
- Two tablespoons Dijon mustard
- One tablespoon butter, melted
- One teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions:
- Mix the honey, mustard, butter, and Worcestershire sauce together in a bowl. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
- Meanwhile, preheat the oven at a temperature of about 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Take a baking pan and line it with aluminum foil.
- Place the salmon fillets in the center of the baking pan. Arrange the asparagus spears around the fish. Sprinkle the walnuts on top of it, and drizzle it with the honey-mustard mixture.
- Now, bake the fish for about 25 minutes. Remove it from inside the oven. You can now serve your honey-glazed salmon.
