A delicious and nutritious drink made from peaches, peach smoothie is a hit with both children and adults alike. It is even more popular because it is really simple to prepare.
Ingredients:
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup peach yogurt
- Two teaspoons sugar (optional)
- One peach, unseeded and sliced
Instructions:
- Take a blender and place the sliced peach inside. Also add milk, sugar, and ice cubes to it. Blend the ingredients till the time a slushy mixture is formed.
- Now add yogurt to the mixture and blend some more. After you have blended the ingredients one more time, pour it into glasses.
