Ingredients:
- 8 ounces of sour cream
- 8 ounces of softened cream cheese
- 1 4-ounce can of diced green chilies
- 1 4-ounce can of chopped black olives
- 1 cup of grated cheddar cheese
- ½ cup of chopped green onion
- Garlic powder
- Salt
- 5 flour tortillas
- Fresh parsley
- Salsa
Instructions:
- To create the filling, mix the sour cream, cream cheese, green chilies, black olives, cheddar cheese, green onion, garlic powder, and salt into a bowl large enough for you to be able to mix the ingredients thoroughly.
- Spread the filling over the tortillas properly so that you will be able to roll them up nicely.
- Roll up the tortillas tightly to prevent the filling from spilling over.
- Cover the rolled up tortillas with a plastic wrap.
- Let it sit inside the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
- When it’s time to serve, unwrap it and slice it into even thickness.
