How to Make Banana Bread

This baked treat is very popular in almost every home. Surprisingly, the best recipe for it is very hard to find. Well, you can say goodbye to those dry and tasteless banana breads because you have just found yourself the best recipe to make one.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 7 large ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 4 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda

Instructions:

  1. Cream the 1 cup butter and 2 cups sugar.
  2. Add the mashed bananas, 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla, and 4 eggs. Blend well.
  3. Whisk together the 3 cups of flour, ½ teaspoon salt and 2 teaspoons baking soda.
  4. Add to the banana mixture and blend well.
  5. Grease 9×5 inch loaf pans and pour in the mixture.
  6. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees F.
  7. Check on the bread after 35 minutes (it can take up to 60 minutes).You can check if the banana bread is done by inserting a toothpick in the middle and see if it comes out clean.
  8. Let the banana bread cool in the pan for about 10 minutes.
  9. Let cool completely on a wire rack.
  10. Serve.
