This is a recipe which is truly perfect as an appetizer. This will also be great to go along with a cheese fondue.
Ingredients:
- ½ cup of water
- ¼ cup of butter
- 1/8 teaspoon of salt
- ½ cup plus 1 tablespoon of flour
- 2 eggs
- 3 ounce-package of softened cream cheese
- 1/3 cup of Cheese Whiz
Instructions:
- In a saucepan large enough, you need to combine salt, butter and water. Heat it until it reaches its boiling point.
- When boiling, add the flour while stirring the mixture constantly until its texture forms a dough.
- Add in the eggs and beat them one at a time until the flour mixture becomes smoother and glossier.
- Next, add your Cheese Whiz and softened cream cheese and mix thoroughly until they are all blended enough.
- Scoop the dough mixture with a teaspoon into tiny balls and line them up on parchment paper.
- Lastly, bake the dough at a temperature of at least 400 degrees for around 15 to 20 minutes. Make sure that each dough is golden brown and puffed before you take them out of the oven.
- Serve them while they are still hot.
