How to Make Chicken Fettuccine

You get to hear various dishes like lemon tarragon chicken fettuccini, chicken marsala fettuccini, chicken and cashew fettuccini, shrimp fettuccini with butter sauce, and chicken fettuccini alfredo. These are the styles and types of fettuccini cooked with various ingredients. A serving of chicken fettuccini contains good amount of sodium and less fat compared to other recipes. Vegetables, spices and herbs can also be a part of this recipe, depending on how you want it. It’s is very cheesy and creamy with a serving of garlic bread and salads.

Ingredients:

  • Olive oil: 1 tbsp.
  • Fettuccini: 375 grams
  • Chicken thigh fillets, trimmed and halved: 750 grams
  • Garlic: 2 cloves
  • Can cream chicken soup: 1 x 400 grams
  • Thickened cream: 300 mL carton

Instructions:

  1. Take the chicken and clean it thoroughly. Trim and halve it into fillets.
  2. Keep the garlic crushed.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large frying-pan on high flame.
  4. Cook the chicken in separate batches for 3-4 minutes until golden brown. Then transfer the content onto a plate.
  5. Sauté the crushed garlic in the pan on moderate flame for 1 minute. Now blend in the cream and soup gently.
  6. Transfer the chicken back into the pan and simmer over low flame for 15 minutes, until the meat is well cooked. Once done, add the seasoning to your taste.
  7. Read the instructions mentioned over the packet of fettuccini. Cook it in a large saucepan of boiling water adding salt to it.
  8. Check, once they are tender enought, drain well and serve the chicken with pasta.

Tips:

If you like broccoli, add it to the dish.
