How to Make Cocktail Sauce

Having a sea food party? Or perhaps you just want to have fun with sea foods? Then there is a sauce, which is a cocktail sauce that will let one enjoy these sea food even more. It is easy to make and undeniably delicious.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of chili sauce
  • 1/2 cup of ketchup (any brand)
  • 2 tablespoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon of prepared horseradish
  • dash Worcestershire sauce
  • hot sauce to taste
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Mix and blend 1/2 cup of chili sauce, 1/2 cup of ketchup, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, and 2 tablespoons of horseradish.
  2. Put in the mixture in 1 Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, black pepper and salt that will be in accordance to one’s taste.
  3. If desired, add celery sauce and/or Tabasco sauce.
  4. Cover and put in a refrigerator for about an hour or two or even over night to let the flavors to completely blend.
  5. Serve as a dip, salsa or sauce to oysters, shrimp and other sea foods.

Enjoy with the whole family or with a group of friends.
