How to Make Crab Stuffed Mushroom

Delicious, mouth watering crab stuffed mushrooms with the Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs.

Ingredients:

  • 4 ounces crab meat
  • 1 pound large mushrooms
  • 1 cup fresh fine bread crumbs
  • 3 pieces green minced onions
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cajun or Creole seasoning blend
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 4 tablespoons minced red bell pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese

Instructions:

  1. Wash and remove the stems that are popping out in the mushrooms.
  2. Chop the stems then set it aside.
  3. Brush the mushroom over with 2 tablespoons of melted butter. Then set aside.
  4. Melt the remaining 4 tablespoon of butter in a frying pan.
  5. Mix the stems that were chopped with the green minced onions and red minced bell pepper.
  6. Cook to tender.
  7. In a medium sized bowl, combine the crab meat, bread crumbs, salt, pepper, and Cajun or Creole seasoning blend.
  8. Combine the mixture in 6 with the mixture in 7.
  9. Fill the mushrooms in 3 with the combined mixture in 8.
  10. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  11. Bake it at an oven of 350° for about 15 minutes or until mushroom caps are hot and tender.

Cool & Serve.
