The ultimate chocolate cake to die for! This recipe is for people who put extra chocolate in their chocolate cake. Have a bite!
Ingredients:
- A box of brownie mix from your local supermarket
- A bag of toffee bits
- 1 bag chocolate chips
- Mousse
- 8 ounces of bitter chocolate
- 8 ounces of milk chocolate
- 1 Cup plus 2 tbsp. of sugar
- 4 Egg Whites
- 4 tbsp. rum
- 4 Cup whipping cream
Instructions:
- Make a brownie and put in lasagna pan making sure that the brownie is thinly arranged
- For the chocolate mousse, heat the chocolate using a double boiler.
- After the chocolate has been melted, allow it to cool also, avoid exposing the chocolate to heat as well as boiling. High temperature will burn the chocolate.
- Beat the whipping cream and set it aside (1 C)
- Beat the egg whites as well while adding 1 C of sugar gradually
- Combine the chocolate (which has been cooled) to your egg whites. Pour the liquor.
- Using a hand beater, mix the egg whites and whipped cream
- Put the toffee bits in the brownie as well as the chocolate chips
