How to Make Lobster Pasta

Lobster lovers will surely be delighted in this lobster pasta recipe. For something that is entirely different from your regular pasta, you can forget about the usual pasta taste and let this lobster pasta dish provide you a different and extra bit of zing.

Ingredients:

  • 12 ounces of pasta
  • 2 pounds of fresh lobsters particularly the tail meat known for its fine flavor
  • 3 large whole garlic heads, chopped and minced
  • 1 large onion diced
  • 1 can of tomato chopped and diced
    Knob of butter
  • 2 tablespoons freshly chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 cup cream and 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Put 2 pounds of fresh lobsters in a boiling pot and let it simmer for about 8-10 minutes. In order to distinguish a cooked lobster, the color should turn into bright red.
  2. Meanwhile, in a large medium heat skillet, put the knob of butter; add 3 minced garlic heads and finely diced onions. Remember not to overcook the last two ingredients.
  3. Set aside the lobster and cut them in half. Afterwards, put them in the skillet together with the onion and garlic.
  4. While you let the lobster simmer, cook your pasta with an added salt in a boiling pan. To help you save time and effort, you can boil your pasta on the same pan where you’ve boiled your lobster.
  5. Next, add a can of diced and chopped tomatoes in the skillet together with other ingredients such as cinnamon, salt, and pepper. Remember to constantly stir until your sauce turn into a pinkish color.
  6. Once the pasta is cooked, drain and set aside in a serving plate. Pour your sauce from the skillet to the pasta and arrange the halved lobster in the middle. For final touches, sprinkle it with freshly chopped parsley.
