On a hot, sultry evening, mint tea would act as the perfect refreshment. But that’s not all; mint tea has medicinal properties as well. It is especially beneficial in case of sore throats, stomach aches, and nausea.
Instructions:
- In a pot, add some water and heat it. When the water is hot, add the mint leaves to it. Bring the water to a boil.
- After the water has boiled, let the tea brew for about 5 minutes. By this time, the tea will turn yellow in color.
- Allow the tea to cool down. You may add a few drops of honey to the mint tea before serving it.
