Scrambled eggs can be eaten as breakfast, and can also be served as an entrée at a social occasion. The recipe is really simple.
- Six eggs
- Six teaspoons milk
- One tablespoon butter
- Take a non-stick pan and heat it over medium heat. In a large mixing bowl, whisk the eggs. Add salt to it.
- Now melt the butter in the pan and pour the egg mixture in it. As the egg begins to settle down, stir it with a spatula. This will prevent the egg from setting, and will also break the larger pieces, if any.
- Remove the eggs from the pan and put them on a plate. Sprinkle salt and pepper on it. The scrambled eggs are ready to be eaten.
