In several parts of the world, boiled shrimp is savored. You too, can try this delectable dish. Don’t worry; it’s not complicated at all. In fact, you will be surprised at how easy and quick a recipe it is.
1. First, prepare the shrimp to be boiled. You can do this in two ways. In the first method, the shell remains intact. In this case, you can pull the head off the shrimp and clean it in water. In the second method, the shell is removed along with the head. Then the shrimp is de-veined. But the tails are left as it is.
2. Fill water in a pot. If you wish, you can add shrimp-boil spice to the water. Add salt to the water. The water should taste like sea water. Bring the water to a boil and add the shrimp to it. Keep stirring the shrimps.
3. Cook the shrimps for about 4 minutes. They should turn pink in color. Now, drain the shrimps in a colander. Chill them in the refrigerator before you serve them.
