Tomato Salsa is without a doubt very popular. In fact, it is one of the most used condiments. This is not surprising since it is just perfect as a dip or as a dressing.
Ingredients:
- 3 pieces chopped Tomatoes
- ½ piece chopped Onion
- 1 – 2-1/4 ounce can drained Sliced Black Olives
- 1 – 6 ounce can drained and chopped Marinated Artichoke Hearts
- 2 Cloves minced Garlic
- 3 Tablespoons chopped Fresh Basil (6 ounce chopped Fresh Basil)
- 3 Tablespoons Fresh Cilantro
- 2 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1/4 Teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
- 1/8 Teaspoon Fresh Cracked Black Pepper
- 1/4 Teaspoon Ground Cumin
- 1/4 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
Instructions:
- In a medium sized bowl, mix together the chopped tomatoes, chopped onion, sliced olives, and chopped artichoke heart. Then set aside.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the lemon juice, salt, crushed red pepper flakes, cracked black pepper, minced garlic, chopped basil, Italian seasoning, ground cumin, and fresh cilantro.
- Mix together the mixture in 2 with the mixture in 1.
- Cover the mixture and refrigerate it for about an hour.
Serve then enjoy.
