Ingredients:
- 250 grams of butter
- 150 grams of white chocolate which are coarsely chopped
- 2 Cup of caster sugar
- 1 Cup of milk
- 2 Cup of self raising flour
- 1 tsp. of vanilla flavoring
- 2 medium sized eggs which are beaten lightly
- Ingredients for the white choco ganache:
- 1/2 Cup of cream
- 300 grams of white chocolate which are coarsely chopped
Instructions:
- Put butter on a 20 centimeter round cake-pan.
- Line the cake-pan with a parchment or baking paper.
- In a medium container, mix the butter, chocolate, milk, and sugar.
- Stir the ingredients over low heat until everything has combined and become smooth.
- Put the mixture in another container and set aside to cool.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Put flour into the mixture as well as the vanilla and eggs.
- Pour mixture into the baking pan and cover it with aluminum foil.
- Bake it in the oven for 45 mins.
- After baking, remove the aluminum foil and bake it again for another 15 mins.
- For the chocolate ganache, boil the cream in a pan and put the chocolate. Refrigerate and let it cool.
- Put the ganache on top of your cake. Refrigerate afterwards.
